LET YOUR ART GUIDE YOU ~ WEEK 11 ~

I have fallen head over heals in love...again...with Charleston SC.
I had the opportunity to visit this city again but this time

without kids

without a husband

just me and a girlfriend I've had for 21 years now!!

Who is that lucky to have a friendship last that long?

ME!

We met when we were big dorks that did dorky stuff and all weekend on our girly trip we spent holding our sides while laughing too hard about our silliness.

Everyone needs a girlfriend.

Someone to tell secrets to and confide in.

Most of all...just someone to laugh with.

This is Ginger jumping into my shot.

Love ya girl!

So...my art this week is of the photographic kind. I have taken so many pictures this week and last, and spent many an hour editing. I shot my very first bridal session and boy am I excited to share those...another time.

Here are my Charleston "Art Pics". Seeing graveyards like Charleston's, in Spring, was simply magical. Everything about that city is though.

This is one of the favorite pictures of mine. It was taken by Ginger.
(wish it was mine)

Link up with your beautiful creations ladies.

Wow Emily, these pictures have such a magical quality! They tell tales and are just a little above life, floating somewhere nice! You are GREAT as a photographer and should really go on exploring this.
Also, you're so right about girlfriends - i coulnd't do without mine!
Concerning our swap - i guess a small piece like 20x30 or 30x40 cm would be good, because it'll be easier to send overseas - what do you think?

The pic of the stairs with the ivy (or whatever it is! lol) is stunning. I wish I had stairs like that...
